Timing

When you can actually begin

The program runs in two formats. Neither one requires you to wait for a specific calendar date before starting to prepare, since the self-guided track opens on a rolling basis and most of the introductory materials are available as soon as you reach out. Group cohorts run on a quarterly rhythm and are capped in size so that networking practice sessions stay small enough to be useful.

Upcoming cohort windows

Group cohorts open quarterly

Spring

A twelve-week group cohort beginning in early spring, with enrollment conversations held in the weeks before.

Summer

A shorter, lighter-schedule cohort designed around summer availability, still covering all six modules.

Fall

The most requested cohort window historically, aligned with many hiring cycles that pick back up after summer.

Winter

A slower-paced cohort for people who prefer to work through the material during quieter months.

Specific dates are confirmed individually once you reach out, since group size and pacing are adjusted based on who has signed up for a given window.

Common questions

Do I need to pick a format before contacting you?

No. Most people talk through both options first. A short conversation usually makes the right fit clear.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready to job search yet?

That's a common starting point. Several people begin with the skills-refresh or networking modules well before they start applying anywhere.

Is there a cost to preview materials?

Previewing a sample lesson doesn't require any commitment. See the Preview a Lesson page for a full walk-through.

Can I switch formats partway through?

Yes, this is discussed case by case, since group cohorts run on a shared schedule while self-guided tracks are more flexible.
